Artwork
What file should I upload? A PNG at 300dpi with a transparent background gives the best results. Remove any white or coloured background before uploading — whatever is in the file is what gets printed.
Can you fix my artwork? Yes — if we spot an issue like a leftover background or low resolution, we'll contact you before printing. We also offer background removal as a service.
Does DTF print white? Yes — white ink is printed automatically behind your design, so colours stay vivid on dark garments. Semi-transparent effects aren't supported: every pixel prints solid.
Ordering & turnaround
How fast is dispatch? Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your transfers are printed and dispatched the same day.
Is there a minimum order? No — order a single pocket print if that's all you need.
What's a gang sheet? One sheet packed with multiple designs. You pay for the sheet length, not per design — the more you fit, the less each print costs. Our sheets are 30cm wide.
Pressing & durability
What fabrics do DTF transfers work on? Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, denim, canvas and more — light or dark.
How long do they last? 60+ washes when pressed and washed correctly. See our pressing guide.
Can I use a home iron? Yes, for one-off projects — full instructions on the pressing guide page.
Problems
My print didn't stick or has faded. Contact us with your order number and a photo — if it's a print fault we'll reprint it free.
