Artwork requirements
- PNG, 300dpi or higher, transparent background. Lower-resolution files can print blurry or soft — for best results always supply 300dpi+.
- Do not mirror your artwork. We print it exactly as supplied, the right way round.
- Keep every line and dot at least 0.5mm thick. Anything finer cannot hold the white ink backing and may not print correctly.
- Exporting from a vector app (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)? Turn off anti-aliasing and set a transparent background before exporting your PNG.
- Colour: our printers are profiled for bright, vibrant colours, but we can't guarantee an exact match to your screen. Need a specific colour? Ask us for a printed colour chart with matching digital file — pick the closest match and amend your artwork.
We print what you send. If the artwork supplied is wrong — mirrored, low-resolution or off-colour — a repurchase will be necessary, so please double-check before ordering.
